What You’ll Do Make a meaningful impact by providing individual and group counseling/psychotherapy to individuals working toward recovery. Build strong therapeutic relationships and partner with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that support their goals and progress. Be part of a collaborative care team , working closely with clinical, medical, and other professionals to provide coordinated, high-quality care. Manage your own caseload while maintaining consistent communication with the treatment team regarding client needs and progress. Help clients succeed throughout their treatment journey by reviewing progress, adjusting treatment plans, and supporting successful transitions and discharge. Bring your voice to the team by actively participating in care team meetings and collaborating on solutions that best support each client. Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in accordance with program, regulatory, and licensing requirements. Continue growing professionally through ongoing education, training, and opportunities to strengthen your clinical skills. Uphold professional, ethical, confidentiality, and HIPAA standards while providing compassionate and respectful care. Demonstrate our Mission, Vision, and Values through every interaction with clients, families, and team members. Qualifications: Master’s Degree or Bachelors in Clinical Mental Health, Social Work, or similar degrees NH state licensed preferred but not required: MLADC, LICSW or LCMHC 2-4 years direct experience in the field of mental health and substance use disorders preferred but not required Why Join Granite Recovery Centers?
