Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop tailored treatment plans that address the specific needs and goals of each client, utilizing a client-centered approach.

• Conduct virtual individual therapy sessions using secure telehealth platforms, allowing clients to engage in therapy from anywhere.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including clinical psychologists and psychiatric professionals, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, progress, and treatment outcomes in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Stay informed on the latest evidence-based practices in behavioral health to provide the most effective interventions and therapies.

• Provide guidance and support to clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and executive functioning issues, employing empathy and therapeutic techniques.

• Adapt to a high caseload volume by effectively prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities as necessary to maintain service quality.

• Participate in regular team meetings and trainings to discuss client cases, share insights, and continue professional development.

We primarily support adolescents and young adults, helping them cope with a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients through effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong clinical assessment skills and a track record of developing and implementing effective treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n
