Our can cleaning service is growing fast across the metroplex — and we believe it's a fraction of what it can be. We're hiring one person to own that growth. What Makes This Role Different We have a growth playbook — free cleaning rollouts, neighborhood blitzes, HOA partnerships, referral pushes — and we're handing you the keys to run all of it. Our best sales tool is the service itself. You'll put free cleanings in front of the right neighborhoods and businesses, let people see what we do, and sign them up on the spot. No hard selling a stranger — you're converting people who just watched their nasty trash cans come back spotless. And you won't just be selling it — you'll be running some of those cleanings yourself. You'll know the service inside and out, and you'll be standing right there when the customer sees the result. That's when they say yes. It's the closest thing to running your own business without taking the risk of starting one. Where This Role Goes This is a career opportunity, not just a job. What You'll Do Run free cleaning campaigns in neighborhoods where our trucks already drive every week Perform can cleanings as part of your demos and rollouts — you'll know the service better than anyone Convert free cleanings into monthly subscribers Sign community-wide deals with HOAs and property managers Land commercial accounts — restaurants, apartment complexes, retail centers Run our referral program and turn happy customers into your best lead source Spot pest and rodent issues while you're out and set appointments for our pest control team — and get paid on every job that sells Own your numbers and report them weekly What We're Looking For High autonomy — you produce without anyone standing over you High sociability — you can talk to anyone: homeowners, HOA boards, business owners Hungry and commission-driven — the base covers your bills, the commission is why you're here Not afraid to get your hands dirty — this role mixes sales hustle with real workDoor-to-door, route sales, or field sales experience is a big plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Able to pass a background check What We Offer

• 45,000 base salary + uncapped commission — $75,000+ realistic first year
• 25 for every subscriber you convert — jumps to $35 per subscriber once you pass 75 in a month
• 25 + 2.5% of the job on every pest control lead you set that sells
