Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence‑based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle. Deliver skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re‑education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain. Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust your approach based on progress and clinical presentation. Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for patients throughout their recovery journey. Qualifications Associate’s degree from an accredited PTA program. Current Florida PTA license (or eligible). CPR certification. Passion for patient‑centered care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Desire to grow professionally in a supportive environment.
