Tortilleria Clerk (Nixtamal) Location: 1255 S. Lamb Blvd., Las Vegas, Nevada, 89104, United States. Starting Rate: $14.50 per hour. Under direct supervision, the Tortilleria Clerk provides friendly, courteous, and helpful service. This position will assist customers, clean, fill, and rotate tortilla displays, and help prepare a variety of tortillas and masa for the department. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service. Love your community. Love food. Clean, fill, and rotate tortilla displays. Assist customers in store. Assist in making a variety of different tortillas and masa. Qualifications Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, product pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos. Write simple correspondence. Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Apply common sense to carry out detailed but straightforward written or oral instructions. Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 45 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds. Basic PC/Outlook skills (preferred).
