Summary As the Associate Manager you support the General Manager in creating and executing strategic plans to drive a profitable store. You act as a key decision maker in the GM's absence and focus on operational excellence, talent development, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while maintaining brand standards. Responsibilities Support the General Manager in analyzing business trends and planning store initiatives Educate and coach the team on sales, profit performance tools, and the store vision Develop and execute client development and community outreach strategies for the market Implement talent strategy, lead recruitment, and drive ongoing employee development Manage store processes and execution, including inventory control and shrink goals Champion new technology and More Ways to Shop to drive sales Ensure sales floor and store standards consistently meet brand expectations Requirements College degree or equivalent a plus; retail management experience preferred Proven track record building customer relationships and leading store teams Strong business acumen, planning, prioritization, and time-management skills Ability to operate register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs.
