Occupational Therapist

CareRite Centers is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist (3 days a week) to join our resident-centered skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. In this role, you will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve functional independence, ADLs, and safety. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, participate in care planning, document progress accurately, and help enhance resident quality of life in a fast-paced, compassionate environment focused on outcomes and continuous improvement.
