Store Operations SpecialistPay: $16.57 - $18.85/hrOur Mission: Enable everyone to make their house a home.Our Vision: To become the first-choice destination for home and holiday décor.Job SummaryThe Store Operations Specialist (SOS) leads and trains teams in performing all freight functions, including unloading, processing, stocking, and resets.Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesProvides customers a positive shopping experience.Performs cashier duties accurately while processing all transactions per policy.Maintains 5S standards (Sort, Straighten, Systematic cleanup, Standardize and Sustain) in receiving.Leads team in performing all freight functions including stocking and resets.
