What You Bring 2–5 years of commission‑based sales experience with a proven record of exceeding goals. Proven results in driving sales, building client relationships, and generating business through outreach and clienteling. Innovative and solutions‑driven mindset – you find creative ways to overcome every challenge and exceed client expectations. Experience in luxury sales, fine jewelry, or customer‑focused retail (GIA certification a plus). Passion for people and the ability to connect authentically. Excellent organizational and follow‑through skills. Professional polish, attention to detail and availability to work Saturdays (our busiest day).
