Payroll Coordinator

To provide oversight and support for US-based and international payroll, the full-time remote Payroll Coordinator will manage the full payroll cycle, ensure compliance with guidelines, and develop a change request process while collaborating with HR and external vendors. Key responsibilities Manage the full payroll cycle for both national and international stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timeliness Process and validate monthly payroll input, ensuring correct mutation processing for salary payments Consult with the HR team on payroll issues and escalate urgent matters as needed Required qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR or accounting, with a focus on payroll administration Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role Experience in nonprofit finances Proficiency with Excel, QuickBooks, and data management systems Experience working with domestic and international PEOs
