Oncology Clinical Researcher (AI Training) About The Role What if your deep knowledge of cancer clinical trials could directly shape how AI understands and reasons about oncology — influencing the next generation of tools that support cancer research and care? We're looking for experienced Oncology Clinical Researchers to bring real-world trial expertise into cutting-edge AI development. You'll review, evaluate, and inform AI-generated oncology content — ensuring it reflects the scientific rigor, regulatory standards, and clinical nuance that this field demands. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for oncology professionals who want to do meaningful work on their own schedule. Organization: Alignerr Type: Hourly Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Review and evaluate AI-generated oncology content for clinical accuracy, scientific validity, and regulatory alignment Apply your experience in protocol development, patient enrollment, and trial oversight to assess how well AI captures real-world trial design Analyze AI outputs covering safety data, efficacy endpoints, and biomarker results — flagging gaps, errors, or oversimplifications Evaluate AI-generated regulatory and scientific content against FDA/EMA submission standards Provide structured, expert feedback that directly shapes how AI models learn to reason about oncology Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule Who You Are Experienced in designing and managing oncology clinical trials — from protocol development through data readout Strong analytical background in oncology data, including endpoints, safety profiles, and biomarkers Familiar with regulatory submission standards for agencies such as the FDA or EMA Detail-oriented and rigorous — you catch what others miss Comfortable working independently without hand-holding Nice to Have Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or AI evaluation workflows Background in medical writing, regulatory affairs, or clinical data management Experience across multiple cancer types or trial phases Familiarity with AI tools or clinical research platforms Why Join Us Work directly on frontier AI systems transforming how the world understands cancer research Influence how AI models reason about real oncology data — your expertise sets the standard Fully remote and flexible — work when and where it suits you Freelance autonomy with the substance of meaningful, high-impact work Collaborate with leading AI research teams and labs on the cutting edge of medical AI Potential for ongoing work and contract extension as new projects launch #J-18808-Ljbffr
