Field Sales Representative

About the Role We are looking for Field Sales Representatives to join our team at AT&T. You will be the face and voice of AT&T to your customers, working independently to deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments. You will close the deal by offering hands‑on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions to keep customers connected. Key Responsibilities Kick off with paid training to set up for independent field work; ongoing coaching, mentoring, and learning opportunities. Connect with existing customers daily and engage with warm prospects effectively. Use strong negotiation and communication skills to make smooth pivots and close sales. Key Expectations & Qualifications 1+ years of commission sales experience required; outside sales experience preferred. Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets. Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction. Strong verbal communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly. Valid driver’s license – ready to drive; company vehicle provided for official business only. Available for varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Employment contingent on successful background check (drug screening, criminal history, motor vehicle record). Compensation Field Sales Representatives earn between $61,410 and $100,000 (salary plus uncapped commission). Salary may vary by geography, experience, and education/training, and is dependent on meeting/exceeding sales goals.
