Driver/ Operator of Motorcoaches

ABOUT US: Established in 1996, Kelly Tours is the LEADER in motorcoach charter transportation here in the low country! From one day bus charters to multi-day bus charters, we have the transportation experience and know-how to deliver a quality motorcoach charter experience every time. We offer transportation services to several charter clients including college sports teams, school bus charters, corporate bus charters and so much more. We are specially certified by the Department of Defense to provide charters for military personnel and their families.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are looking for part-time and full-time Motor Coach Operators to join our Kelly Tours team. All applicants must have exceptional customer service skills, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, have a strong ability to work as a team and have a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Qualified applicants will have proper licensing with endorsements and previous motor coach experience. Our operators are responsible for some of the most precious cargo on the highways, so SAFETY is our priority. Join Kelly Tours and get on the road to an exciting new career!

QUALIFICATIONS: To be considered a qualified candidate, you must: - Must be a minimum of 25 years of age. - Must possess a Commercial Driver’s License Class B with Passenger (P) Endorsement and no air brake restrictions. - Must have at least two years of CDL-B driving experience in a similar piece of equipment and in compliance with state and federal laws. - Must have a valid DOT medical certificate. - Maximum 2 moving violations, one moving violation and one preventable accident or two preventable accidents in the last three years. - No major violations in the last three years. - No DUIs or felony driving convictions within the last 3 years. - Must pass a DOT Pre-Employment Drug Screening - All applicants will be required to submit to background checks that include Federal Criminal History, FBI Clearance, Child Abuse History Clearance, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). - Applicants will also be required to consent to a query through the FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse Database. - Verifiable Motor Coach/ Charter experience PREFERRED.

COMPENSATION: Drivers for this position are paid a day rate plus per diem. Starting pay is $150.00 per day plus per diem.

• Do you currently possess a Valid Commercial Driver’s License Class B with Passenger (P) Endorsement and no air brake restrictions?
• Have you had a valid CDL for at least 2 years?
• Do you have verifiable Motor Coach/ Charter experience?
• Do you currently possess a Valid DOT Medical Certificate?
• Have you had any moving violations or preventable accidents within the last 3 years?
• Have you had any DUIs or felony driving convictions within the last 3 years?
