Labor Relations Specialist
Virtual Vocations Inc
Overseeing union administration, the full-time Labor Relations Specialist will manage collective bargaining agreements, support Service Contract Act compliance, and foster positive relationships between the company and labor organizations. Key responsibilities Interpret collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) and ensure compliance with their terms and conditions Collaborate with union representatives to address grievances and resolve issues effectively Support labor category mapping and review Department of Labor wage determinations related to government contracts Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, labor relations, or a related field Knowledge of Service Contract Act (SCA) requirements and federal/state labor laws Familiarity with HR practices and collective bargaining processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
