What You'll Do

As Store Manager, you'll lead all aspects of the business while creating an inspiring environment for both your team and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
Deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and sales
Achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs
Recruit, train, and retain top talent
Manage daily store operations and maintain operational excellence
Drive visual merchandising standards and showcase the latest trends
Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging team culture
Support succession planning and team development

What We're Looking ForYou Bring:

Previous retail leadership experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or similar role
A passion for fashion, styling, and customer service
Strong coaching and people-development skills
The ability to motivate teams and create a positive store culture
Confidence in driving performance, achieving targets, and managing store operations
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
A results-driven mindset and a hands-on leadership approach
