Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Director to join our team at Palm Garden of Mattoon. As a valued member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facility, while promoting a safe and enjoyable environment for our residents.
About the Role:
As a Maintenance Director at Palm Garden of Mattoon, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing facility maintenance and repairs , ensuring that all buildings, systems, and equipment are functioning properly and efficiently.
Coordinating and supervising maintenance staff , providing guidance and training to ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.
Staying up-to-date with local and state regulations, as well as industry best practices, to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Valid Driver's License and high school diploma or equivalent required
Painting and general repair experience is a plus
Preferred experience in maintenance or facilities management, but we will train the right motivated candidate
