Pyron Group is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to support and serve a portfolio of business clients. Whether you're an experienced Commercial Account Manager or an insurance professional ready to grow into commercial lines, we'd love to talk. In this role, you'll work closely with clients, Commercial Risk Advisors, and carrier partners to help ensure businesses remain protected, informed, and well-supported throughout the life of their insurance programs.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial insurance clients
• Serve as a primary point of contact for policy servicing and account support
• Manage policy changes, endorsements, certificates, renewals, and other service requests
• Support renewal planning and remarketing efforts when appropriate
• Assist clients with coverage questions, billing concerns, and claims coordination
• Work closely with Commercial Risk Advisors and carrier partners to provide insurance solutions
• Maintain accurate account records and documentation
• Help identify opportunities to strengthen client protection and support account growth

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Client service, account management, or insurance experience preferred
• Property & Casualty License preferred or willingness to obtain one with agency support
• A collaborative, positive attitude and commitment to serving others
