Management Specialist

Maryland Environmental Service has an opening for a Management Specialist to join the Technical and Environmental Services (TES) Group at our Headquarters facility in Millersville, MD. This position provides management support to headquarters and field locations within the Group. Responsibilities Ensuring the accuracy of correspondence and data flow throughout the Group and Agency. Attending meetings and providing administrative support services to the assigned Group or facility. Maintaining a favorable public image for Maryland Environmental Service. Possibly requiring overtime as needed to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner. Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university plus four years experience in administrative or professional work. One year of experience involved either supervision or responsibility for program development. Proficiency in the organization and prioritization of assignments with ability to meet deadlines. Computer proficiency with spreadsheets, word processing, and e-mail programs. Valid driver's license with fewer than five points. Benefits Estimated Pay Range: $50,233.92-$69,070.88.
