Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Evening & Weekend Shifts (Franklin Lakes, NJ)

Location: Franklin Lakes, NJ Setting: Pediatric Private Duty Nursing Company: Affirmed Home Care

Make a meaningful impact providing 1:1 care to a pediatric client in their home. Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a private duty pediatric case in Franklin Lakes, NJ. This role offers the opportunity to provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care to a young child in a supportive home environment.

We are hiring for evening and weekend shifts , with flexible scheduling options.

Key Responsibilities

• Individualized pediatric care — Deliver safe, developmentally appropriate 1:1 nursing

• Clinical monitoring & documentation — Observe, record, and communicate changes in condition

• Family‑centered support — Partner with families to promote comfort and stability

• Home safety — Maintain infection control and ensure proper equipment use

Pay Rate

LPN: $40/hr

Available Shifts

• Evening shifts

• Weekend shifts Flexible scheduling available.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN License

• Pediatric experience preferred (home care or facility)

• Current BLS Certification

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Valid driver’s license preferred

• Physical exam within 12 months

• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)

• Proof of MMR within 10 years

• Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption
