Located in Blue Ash, OH Salary: $20 an hour Express Employment Professionals Cincinnati Northeast is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to join our growing team! Shift : Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM Pay : $20 an hour Location : Blue Ash Area Responsibilities- Source, recruit, and interview qualified candidates for a variety of positions.
- Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and other recruitment tools to identify top talent.
- Screen and assess candidate qualifications
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide exceptional candidate and client experiences throughout the hiring process.
- Previous experience in Professional Customer Service
- Bachelors Degree is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer skills
