We're a family-owned refrigerated carrier based in East Texas with strong miles, no-touch freight, and routes that keep you mostly below I-40.

What Teams Can Expect

Teams earn $180,000$190,000+ annually
$5,000 sign-on bonus EACH driver

$1,250 weekly guaranteed minimum
Home every 713 days with flexible reset options
90% of routes stay below I-40
