Job Overview As a Restaurant Crew Member, you will play a vital role in daily restaurant operations, delivering exceptional customer service, preparing food, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Key Responsibilities Provide friendly, accurate service by greeting customers, taking orders, handling payments, and thanking customers. Prepare, assemble, and store food ingredients; package orders; ensure accuracy and presentation. Maintain a clean, safe work and dining environment in compliance with sanitation and food safety guidelines. Assist with dishwashing, equipment cleaning, and general upkeep. Support teamwork, communicate with teammates and managers, and accept coaching. Physical Requirements Stand, walk, and move around the restaurant for extended periods. Lift and carry items up to 25 pounds. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and maintain a positive attitude. Availability for flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Eligible to work in the United States.
