The Maryland Anxiety Center is a private group practice looking for qualified clinicians passionate about specializing in treating anxiety, OCD, OC-related disorders, and trauma-related disorders. We advocate for professional growth and provide opportunities for clinicians to fulfill their unique individual professional goals Benefits include flexible schedules Group health insurance benefits We provide both individual and group supervisions/consultations and weekly in-house specialized training at no additional cost We provide opportunities for growth and advancement within the practice such as supervisory and/or directorship roles Remote sessions negotiable based on patient needs All clinicians are provided with referrals, a fully furnished office, office supplies, two conference rooms, a kitchen and waiting area We are conveniently located in Towson, about 10-15 minutes outside of Baltimore City and approximately 60 minutes from DC and 45 minutes from the Pennsylvania line with plenty of free parking Full-time pay range is based on a caseload of 20-30 face-to-face hours per week Responsibilities Individual therapy Group therapy (optional) Case documentation/notes/reports Case supervision/consultation Weekly in-house training Participation in novel in-house practice projects Qualifications Candidates must be licensed in the state of Maryland (LCPC/LGPC, PsyD/PhD, LCSW-C) Experience working with, or have a strong passion to work with individuals struggling with anxiety and OCD-related disorders About Us The Maryland Anxiety Center is a growing practice specializing in the treatment of anxiety and obsessive‑compulsive and related disorders. Clinicians at The Maryland Anxiety Center provide individual, group, in‑vivo and gold standard evidence‑based CBT treatment protocols. We often incorporate other CBT based approaches such as ACT, MI, DBT, the UP and mindfulness techniques per individual need. The environment at The Maryland Anxiety Center is educative, collaborative and cohesive. We regularly attend and/or present at annual professional conferences to stay current with the most effective state‑of‑the‑art treatments. In addition to clinical work, clinicians have the opportunity to be involved in our novel and creative projects including specialized trainings, presentations, blogging, marketing, professional development, and advocacy.
