Tax Manager, Client Advisory

We are partnered with a well-respected, family-owned public accounting firm with 40+ years of experience integrating tax, investment, and legal services for individuals and small businesses. The Tax Manager will manage client relationships, oversee the income tax practice, and work closely with the firm's investment and legal teams. This creates a unique opportunity for tax professionals who enjoy getting into the weeds and building long-term relationships while serving as a trusted advisor to clients.

What You'll Do:

• Manage day-to-day individual and entity tax return preparation
• Build lasting client relationships through a welcoming, personalized experience
• Meet directly with clients and provide personalized tax guidance
• Resolve federal and state tax matters, including interaction with IRS and state practitioner lines
• Oversee tax workflow efficiency and resolve issues proactively
• Collaborate with our tax, investment, and legal teams to deliver holistic financial guidance

What We're Looking For:

• CPA or EA license (required)
• Strong individual tax experience
• Comfortable working directly with clients
• Series 7 & 66 a plus
• Strong tax workflow management skills
• Availability for extended hours during tax season
