Your Role: A Closer Look

• Execute routine and sophisticated laboratory tests encompassing chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more, all while adhering to established protocols.
• Assess test outcomes for precision, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and perform regular maintenance and calibration on vital lab equipment.
• Support in specimen collection and sample preparation as necessary.
• Diligently document each protocol, assist in training newcomers, and contribute to maintaining the high standards of lab quality.
• Uphold a clean and secure work area, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Required Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health qualification plus preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year from your date of hire.
• Maintain your certification throughout your employment with us.
