Salary: $65,000-$85,000 DOE

How you'll get to contribute:
mcfa is seeking a Program Admin - QC Lead They will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of energy efficiency program data and project pipelines. Working closely with client management and Trade Allies (contractors). The Analyst will be responsible for running exception reports, conducting comprehensive pipeline reviews, identifying outliers and trends, stakeholder coordination, and supporting program forecasting and reporting. The ideal candidate has strong Excel and data review skills, excellent follow-through, sound judgment, and the ability to coordinate across internal teams, contractors/Trade Allies, and client stakeholders in a fast-paced program environment.
What you'll get to do:
- Serve as the program admin and quality-control point of contact for escalated project matters, executive complaints, sensitive Trade Ally concerns, and client requests that require coordinated investigation and follow-through.
- Coordinate escalated matters with the client by gathering and validating the relevant facts, identifying the appropriate internal owners, documenting decisions and dependencies, communicating status, and tracking corrective actions through confirmed resolution.
- Run and maintain Excel-based exception reports to proactively identify missing documentation, duplicate submissions, out-of-range inputs, cost or savings anomalies, and other data quality concerns.
- Analyze project pipeline data to identify trends, outliers, and potential compliance issues; escalate findings and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with management to define, refine, and standardize QA/QC review parameters across the energy efficiency program portfolio.
- Coordinate with the client's QA/QC team to align on review standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Serve as a point of contact for new Trade Allies (contractors), addressing inquiries, resolving escalations, and ensuring adherence to program guidelines.
- Support short- and long-term forecasting of program production and goal attainment through pipeline data analysis.
- Document QC findings clearly, escalate issues timely, and recommend corrective actions to improve project accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and present PowerPoint presentations to management detailing QC findings and trends.
Who you are:
- Ability to attend site visits throughout the State of New Jersey.
- Strong computer and record-keeping skills: proficiency in MS Excel and use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
- Ability to handle a high volume of combined inquiries, workbook, database, and documentation reviews.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, exception reporting, and data analysis.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude and ability to work effectively across different teams.
- Ability to work with culturally diverse customers and contractors effectively and respectfully.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Responsible for maintenance and fees of the transportation vehicle.
- Must live in or near PSEGNJ service territory, preferably from regions identified by the state of New Jersey as Overburdened Communities ( ).
