Job Summary: Provides Nursing Care to Nursing Home Residents; supervises other LPN’s and Nurse Aides. Responsibilities and Duties: Administers medications and treatments as ordered; takes vital signs Provides information regarding changes in Residents’ progress to the RN Supervisor Stocks and prepares medication cart for rounds Charts Residents’ progress, ailment, medication, symptoms, incidents and observations Schedules and provides treatments as recommended by Physician and at a time convenient for the Resident Qualifications and Skills: Practical Nursing License in good standing in the State of Mississippi; prefer experience in Long-Term Care Nursing with comprehensive knowledge of Nursing techniques and their relation to medical practices and skills and their application, with thorough knowledge of principles and practices of Long-Term Care.
