We are looking for a Service Customer Care Representative who enjoys helping others, creating positive experiences, and making each guest feel valued. What You'll Do:
- Welcome every guest with a smile and genuine care
- Help schedule and organize service appointments
- Keep customers updated and informed along the way
- Support our service team so the experience is smooth and stress-free
