Requirements: Experience using Dentrix and Microsoft Office software. Strong understanding of insurance procedures and claims. Exceptional writing skills for narrative generation. Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced work environment. Must be outgoing with a great attitude and attention to detail. Committed to the protection of confidential information, records and/or reports. Ability to communicate effectively in a professional and courteous manner. Excellent telephone and time management skills. Responsibilities: Be the specialist in all insurance related needs for the office. Verify patient insurance. Create and submit all insurance claims.
