Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced aesthetician to help launch and shape our Burlingame center from the ground up. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of advanced aesthetics, a loyal client base, and a passion for delivering results. You will play a key role in setting service standards, building a strong client following, and collaborating closely with our medical team for cross-referrals. Responsibilities Set the tone for services, professionalism, and client care at the new Burlingame location Perform advanced treatments including facials, peels, device-based services, and customized skin therapies Provide product consultations, educate clients on home care regimens, and drive retail sales of medical-grade skincare Build strong client relationships by combining your existing clientele with new clients gained through LuminaSkin Partner with our team of RNs, NPs, and PAs to cross-refer clients for medical aesthetic treatments Lead the development of the treatment menu, product selection, and service protocols — serving as the expert who shapes offerings and sets the standard of care Maintain accurate treatment documentation while upholding health, safety, and compliance standards Requirements Active California aesthetician license with 3+ years of professional experience (medical spa experience strongly preferred) Established track record of retaining and expanding a loyal client base Advanced expertise in skin treatments, devices, and aesthetic technologies Strong product knowledge with proven ability to educate clients and generate retail sales Excellent communication skills with a polished, professional presence & appearance Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently within brand guidelines Collaborative mindset, eager to contribute to a team culture that blends spa services with medical aesthetics Compensation Starting at $30/hour + Commission Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule Monday - Friday, Alternating Saturdays #J-18808-Ljbffr
