What It Takes 5–10 years as an HVAC Service Technician. Proven ability to solve problems and generate revenue through client‑focused solutions. EPA Type II certification preferred. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Ability to read wiring diagrams and service schematics. Comfortable with tablets/smartphones for dispatch and reporting. Valid driver’s license, clean record. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs; willing to travel as needed.
