About the Role:
We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. As a BCBA, you'll be responsible for:
Developing and implementing individualized ABA programs for children with autism and other developmental disabilities
Conducting assessments and evaluations to identify strengths and areas of improvement
Collaborating with parents, teachers, and other professionals to create a comprehensive treatment plan
Providing training and support to family members and caregivers on ABA techniques and strategies
Monitoring progress and making data-driven decisions to adjust treatment plans
Responsibilities:
Design and implement ABA programs for children with autism and other developmental disabilities
Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify strengths and areas of improvement
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to create a comprehensive treatment plan
Provide training and support to family members and caregivers on ABA techniques and strategies
Monitor progress and make data-driven decisions to adjust treatment plans
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans
