Job Title: General Production Associate

Location: Kent, WA

Pay Range: 21.30

Schedule: Full Time Monday - Thursday 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Fridays 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Associates to support our door manufacturing operations. Depending on assignment, candidates will assist with machine operation, assembly, quality inspection, material handling, and general warehouse duties while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate small and large machinery used in door production

• Work on the door assembly line to build finished products

• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met

• Machine doors for hardware installation

• Prepare and handle materials throughout the production process

• Stage, package, and prepare finished products for delivery

• Perform general warehouse duties as needed

• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and follow all safety rules and procedures

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial woodworking (doors, millwork, cabinets, etc.)

• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment

• General knowledge of building materials

• Ability to perform simple math calculations

• Ability to use basic hand-held measuring tools
