Gymnasium MOD: Safety & Member Experience

YMCA OF SOUTHWEST FLORIDA in Venice, Florida is seeking a Manager on Duty (MOD) to ensure consistent leadership in the gymnasium. The MOD is responsible for overseeing gym operations, resolving member concerns, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be CPR/First Aid certified, and ready to work flexible hours including mornings and weekends.
