Palo Alto Corporate Associate Location: Silicon Valley, CA Experience: 3–4 Years PQE | Corporate & Venture Capital Focus An elite corporate law team is seeking a mid-level Corporate Associate (3–4 years PQE) with experience in tech and life sciences to join its Palo Alto office. This role offers hands-on exposure to start-ups, venture capital financings, IPOs, and public company reporting, with the opportunity to work directly with clients and manage a team of associates and paralegals. About The Team Join a collaborative corporate group advising innovative tech and life science companies across funding rounds, equity financings, IPOs, and M&A transactions. The team is known for its client-focused approach, mentorship, and entrepreneurial culture. Key Responsibilities Lead and support VC/private financings, IPOs, and other corporate transactions Draft and negotiate corporate agreements and related documentation Supervise and coordinate associates and paralegals on deal execution Advise clients and investors on corporate governance and reporting Who You Are 3–4 years of corporate transactional experience, ideally with VC or tech/life sciences clients Skilled in drafting and negotiating financing and corporate agreements Proven ability to manage deal flow and coordinate teams Strong analytical, communication, and drafting skills Member of a U.S. Bar in good standing Compensation & Benefits Salary: $260,000–$365,000 (DOE) Discretionary merit bonuses Comprehensive benefits including wellness, family-building, parental leave, 401(k), health coverage, and professional development Interested?
