This position requires the ability to stand and lift throughout the entire shift, operate warehouse equipment, use computer systems, and work effectively as part of a team.Primary Responsibilities:Performs general warehouse and material handling duties in a safe and efficient mannerOperates sit-down forklift and is willing to learn to operate order picker and reach truckUses SAP and Outlook to complete warehouse-related tasks and communicate with team membersLoads, unloads, moves, stages, and organizes materials throughout the warehousePerforms frequent lifting of materials weighing up to 50 lbs.Maintains a safe, clean, and orderly work area in accordance with company safety requirementsWorks weekends when needed or for special projectsFollows all company policies, procedures, and safety requirementsAccountability and Performance Measures:Completing warehouse assignments accurately and efficientlyMaintaining good attendance and punctualityFollowing all safety procedures and operating equipment responsiblyCommunicating effectively with supervisors and team membersDemonstrating a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learnMaintaining a clean and organized work environmentRequirements:Minimum 1 year of recent, verified work history with no gaps in employmentHigh school diploma or GED preferredValid sit-down forklift certification requiredSAP and Outlook computer experience requiredWillingness to learn and operate order picker and reach truckMust be able to work 12-hour shifts with flexible hoursMust be available for shift start times as early as 4:00 AMMust be able to stand and lift for the entire shiftMust be able to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.Must be comfortable working in an unairconditioned warehouseDependable transportation requiredSteel-toed shoes requiredMust be willing to submit to random alcohol and drug testingGood attitude, teamwork, work ethic, and attendance are required
