BSA/AML Analyst

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site BSA/AML Analyst position located in Royal Oak, MI. The BSA/AML Analyst will be responsible for conducting thorough business process evaluations, performing business architectural analysis, and analyzing financial transactions for compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA). This role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, ensuring compliance standards are met, and assisting in the development of controls to prevent financial crimes. Qualifications Proficiency in Business Architecture and Business Process Analysis Strong Analytical Skills to assess financial transactions and trends Experience in defining and documenting Business Requirements and performing Business Analysis Knowledge of BSA/AML laws, regulations, and compliance standards Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field Certifications such as CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) are a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Citizens State Bank
