Catering Sales Manager

The business

Uptaco operates Tex-Mex style breakfast shops and catering. We're working on growing the catering business, and are looking for a hungry, motivated commission-based sales person to lead the effort. We specialize in drop-off breakfast catering, where we are considered one of the best options in Midtown, and have just added lunch, opening up huge potential demand. 

The role

Bring in direct corporate catering accounts (most turn into regular orders). We do breakfast drops and lunch platters for offices, so the selling and the delivering happen on weekdays before 4pm. 
We have been successful doing larger events and pop-ups as well, so if you'd like to expand there, we're open to it.

You own the intro, the pitch, and the close. We handle production, delivery, and invoicing. You get a written agreement, a clean price list, and a direct line to the owners - we do weekly calls discussing opportunities. 

Compensation

This is commission only (no cap), which has significant upside considering once a client orders from us, the typically order again.
