- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
- Monitor and document vital signs accurately
- Provide mobility support and maintain clean, safe resident areas
- Report changes in condition to the healthcare team promptly
- Support daily routines to promote comfort and wellbeing
- Current CNA certification and high school diploma (or equivalent)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate attitude
- Experience in longterm care or acute care preferred
