About the Role:

Join Double Star Hospitality Morgantown as a Guest Service Agent, where you'll be the friendly face that welcomes guests to our vibrant hotel. Responsibilities:

Greet and check-in guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor.

Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

Manage reservations and maintain accurate guest records.

Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.

Assist with billing and payment processes during check-out.

Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Uphold hotel policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Proficient in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding guest service.

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
