In this role, you will analyze and design new business processes, monitoring and providing feedback on process performance. Collaborate with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. Facilitate process redesign, serving as a liaison to the business community while advising on all change aspects.Responsibilities:Developing business processes, gathering requirements and developing storiesProvide process flow and other required system documentationBuild a trusting relationship with major project stakeholders and lead them to adoption of the best solutionAssist in quality management reviews and ensures that all business and design requirements are metMay also assist and sometimes lead test plan development and executionSupports Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts by providing information on the "to be" solutionDevelop and implement test plans for users through SDLCHere's what you need:Experience with ServiceNow (ITSM)Experience developing standard documentation, including requirement and design specifications, use cases, test plans and scripts and other supporting system documentationExperience working with stakeholders and development team(s) to deliver solutionsBonus points if you have:Training in ServiceNow FundamentalsServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)Training or experience in Agile FundamentalsSecurity Clearance:An active TS/SCI security clearance is required and must be willing to obtain a polygraphThe pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:$111,300 - $160,100 USDEqual Employment Opportunity Statement We believe that no one should be discriminated against because of their differences.
