RN/LPN Med-Pass Weekends

Hello, South Ogden Post-Acute in South Ogden, UT is actively looking to hire a part-time RN or LPN for our evening med-pass shift. Shift hours are approximately 6:00PM-10:00PM. There is some flexibility which shifts you pick up. Job Description Administer patient medication according to physician's orders. Chart the medication administration as required. Monitor patient conditions and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice. Requirements Possess a current RN or LPN license in good standing. Effectively communicate on a personal level with residents, family members, personnel, visitors, etc. Able to make decisions independently when warranted. Knowledge of medical and nursing practices and procedures. Thorough understanding of local, state, and federal laws and regulations pertaining to long term care. #J-18808-Ljbffr
