We're looking for experienced, engaging Banquet Servers who enjoy being part of a team that delivers seamless events with professionalism, energy, and attention to detail. Whether you're preparing an elegant ballroom before guests arrive or providing attentive service throughout an event, you'll help bring every celebration to life.

What You'll Do

As a Banquet Server, you'll provide polished, attentive service while working alongside our Banquet, Culinary, and Events teams to ensure every function is executed flawlessly. You'll help create memorable experiences by delivering thoughtful hospitality before, during, and after every event.

You'll:

• Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality throughout each event.
• Prepare banquet spaces by setting tables, arranging linens, organizing service ware, and ensuring every detail is presentation-ready.
• Serve plated meals, buffets, hors d'oeuvres, beverages, and other event offerings according to established service standards.
• Maintain attractive and well-stocked food stations, beverage stations, and event spaces throughout service.
• Monitor guest needs and provide attentive, timely service while anticipating requests whenever possible.
• Refresh meeting rooms and banquet spaces as needed to maintain a polished, welcoming environment.
• Work collaboratively with Banquet Captains, Culinary, and fellow event colleagues to ensure seamless execution from setup through breakdown.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas while following all food safety, sanitation, and service standards.
• Assist with post-event breakdown, equipment storage, and preparation for future events.
• Help create an atmosphere where every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and excited to return.
