Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
5-7 years Aggregate Mining and related Raw Materials Plant Production experience
Computer proficiency required
SAP experience would be a plus
Must adhere to all safety protocols

Responsibilities

Provide leadership to plan, direct, organize, coordinate and control the mining of raw materials
Ensure an appropriate quality product is made at the Plant
Develop mining and production strategies and tactics
Analyze and monitor production efficiency / productivity
Manage the performances of subordinate personnel
