BMW of Minnetonka is a premier dealership dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and a luxurious experience for our clients. We are currently seeking a Service Greeter to join our team. This role is onsite and reports to the Lot Manager.

The Wage Range for this position is $15.00-$19.00/HR

What You'll Do

• Welcome clients upon their arrival, ensuring a warm and professional greeting.
• Wash cars and perform fluid top-offs to maintain vehicle appearance and performance.
• Valet and park vehicles efficiently and safely.
• Assist with pick-up and delivery services for clients.
• Check-in rental and loaner vehicles
• Maintain a presentable and organized workspace to reflect our brand.
• Provide administrative support to the staff as needed.

What You'll Bring

• 1 year in a hospitality or customer facing role
• Ensure a positive client experience.
• Interact with clients and team members.
• Multiple tasks and prioritize duties.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license for the state of residency.

This is a hourly position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes an hourly rate at $17.50-$19.00/Hour

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
