Our team includes specialists in oncology, urology, surgery, and primary care who work collaboratively to deliver exceptional medical services in a welcoming, supportive environment.Job Description:Novellis Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Mammography Technologist to perform high-quality mammographic imaging for screening and diagnostic purposes. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, attention to detail, and a patient-focused approach to care. This role is fully onsite at our Brooklyn location.Responsibilities:Perform mammographic imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders and regulatory standards.Position patients safely and effectively to ensure comfort and optimal image quality.Operate and maintain mammography equipment, ensuring proper function and cleanliness.Review and verify patient information, imaging protocols, and exam requisitions.Collaborate with radiologists and medical staff to support accurate image interpretation and reporting.Maintain required documentation, quality assurance records, and compliance with FDA and MQSA regulations.Educate and reassure patients throughout the imaging process, addressing questions and concerns with professionalism.Monitor inventory of imaging supplies and assist with ordering as needed.Qualifications:ARRT certification in Radiography (R) and Mammography (M) required.Valid New York State Radiologic Technologist license required.Minimum 1 year of mammography experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical training will be considered.Knowledge of MQSA, ACR guidelines, and radiation safety standards.Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment.Strong patient care orientation and attention to detail.Compensation and Benefits:$35.00–$45.00 per hour401(k)Dental insuranceFree uniformsHealth insurancePaid time offParental leaveVision insurance
