We are seeking caregivers, home health aides, CNAs, and medical assistants with at least 1 yr home care experience and an active HCA number Negative TB test to join our team. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable. Our pay rate starts at $20.00 and more based on experience. Cities we cover: San Diego, Escondido, Rancho Bernardo, Carlsbad, Oceanside, Del Mar, Encinitas, Solana Beach, La Jolla. Oceanside and more. WHAT TO DO IF YOU ARE INTERESTED? Requirements Home care aide registration/LIVE SCAN (HCA) Negative TB test Reliable transportation. Must pass a drug test. Responsibilities Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises Prepare meals and snacks Light housekeeping activities Medication reminders/assistance Provide companionship Assist with errands and shopping Dementia and Alzheimer's care Fall prevention Qualifications Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to lift heavy objects Compassionate, respectful, ethical Benefits/Perks 401K with 4% company match Flexible Scheduling Competitive Compensation Careers Advancement #J-18808-Ljbffr
