We are a real estate investment company with 80+ properties in Pennsylvania , expanding into new residential construction .
We are looking for an experienced professional to help us build and lead our new construction division .
Requirements:
- 5+ years of verifiable new construction experience
- Strong residential construction knowledge
- Experience managing projects from start to finish
- Established network of reliable subcontractors and trades
- Ability to build and manage construction teams
- Knowledge of budgets, schedules, permits, and inspections
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- College degree is not required
- GC / Project Management experience is a plus
We are looking for someone interested in a long-term opportunity and helping us build a growing residential development operation.
Compensation: Competitive and negotiable based on experience, with potential for performance-based incentives.
