Job Description & Requirements Tenet North Cal is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Manager, Pediatrics for a nursing job in Turlock, California. Duration: Ongoing. 36 hours per week, 12‑hour shifts, days. Employment Type: Staff. Responsibilities Responsible for the day‑to‑day operation of assigned departments, including staffing, delivery of clinical care, and physician satisfaction while meeting budget expectations of the organization. Meet cost targets as stated in the department’s approved budget. Ensure staff satisfaction, as measured by turnover and the annual employee survey. Ensure physician satisfaction, as measured by the physician satisfaction survey. Ensure patient satisfaction, as measured by applicable patient surveys. Conduct regular staff meetings. Ensure staffing complies with ratios for safe patient care. Provide employee counseling. Monitor attendance and identify educational needs. Actively lead and/or participate in teams/committees to improve organizational outcomes and operations excellence. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing Program (RN). Maternal Child Health Department experience within the last two years. Licensure to practice in the State of California. At least two years of prior nursing experience. 3 to 5 years of supervisory or management experience. Current ACLS certification. Current PALS certification.
