FINAL SLOT: CDL-A Dedicated Night Linehaul Driver — Top Solo pay

Dispatch Hub: Middletown, CT
Schedule: Dedicated Night Loop | 9:00 PM Start | 5-6 Day Work Week (Home Daily)
Requirements: CDL-A with Mandatory Doubles/Triples (T) Endorsement

TOTAL PAY & MILESTONE BONUS STRUCTURE

Surge Logistics combines a premium mileage rate with fast-paying milestone bonuses to offer top-of-market solo value:

Top W2 Base Pay Range: $0.725 – $0.75 per Mile
- Standard Corporate Fleet: $0.65 per Mile
- The Surge Advantage: You earn an extra $34 to $46 MORE straight gross pay every single night. We build top-of-market value directly into your mileage pay so you see your true earning power on your paycheck starting from Week 1.
FedEx Experience Bonus: Hit Run 60 ➡️ Get $600 added to your next pay check.
Other Tractor-Trailer Bonus: Hit Run 40 ➡️ Get $300 added to your next pay check.
*Milestone bonuses require a flawless safety record, 95% attendance, and zero ELD violations during the tracking period.

Strict Hiring Requirements

Valid Class A CDL with Doubles/Triples (T Endorsement) (verified prior to scheduling).
